IELTS or International English Language Testing System is an international standard test of English language efficiency for people whose mother tongue is not English or non-native English people who speak the English language. The British Council, IDP mostly manages IELTS: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English, and it was founded in 1989.

Chhundu Training Institute will prepare you so that you will face the exam with confidence, and it will be easier for you to grab the given questions in the exam with ease. Our course will be for four weeks that will cover listening, speaking, writing, and reading. Each part ( that is, listening, speaking, writing, and reading) will be a two-hour class, each spread out over four weeks, including practice and tests at the end of each week. It will be 20 hours divided into four weeks. These courses that we provide are based on the official IELTS Cambridge University Press content.

How is it done?

The IELTS exam checks your aptitude in listening, reading, writing, and speaking within three hours. The IELTS exam mainly assesses your ability to communicate in four basic English language skills in listening, reading, speaking, and writing. There are two types of exams in IELTS: the general training module and the academic module.

1. General training modules

The IELTS general training module is usually taken up by people who immigrate to English-speaking countries for training and jobs abroad. So if you wish to migrate to English speaking country for the sole purpose of training, job, study at below degree level or short period work. General Training modules would be recommended, but if you wish to study and work for a more extended period, this module is not recommended. The General module tests your skills and ability to efficiently communicate in English in any circumstances while you stay abroad.

2. Academic Module

This test is generally taken by people who wish to study abroad for a degree, master’s, or even higher level. IELTS General and Academic both have the same Listening and Speaking sections. The only differences lie in the Reading and Writing modules. Academic is quite harder compared to a general training module. This is because of the reading and writing section. It is the only reason why Academic IELTS is used for higher education.

In total, it takes 2 hours and 45 minutes. The Listening, Reading, and Writing segments of all IELTS exams are done on the same day, with no gap between exams. The Speaking section, it takes time, and it can be done before or after the other tests that are listening, writing, and reading.
